Good Distribution Practice
We hold a UK Wholesale Distribution Authorisation (Human), WDA(H) 60899, and operate in accordance with Good Distribution Practice under a named Responsible Person. Our quality system runs to more than 100 controlled documents: standard operating procedures, forms and records covering every GDP chapter from quality management to transportation. The warehouse is temperature-mapped, with winter and summer studies on file and calibrated monitoring in place.
How we verify customers
Before opening a trading account we verify that the applicant is authorised and entitled to receive medicinal products. For UK pharmacies that means checking GPhC premises registration and matching the delivery address to the registered premises. We may request supporting evidence or carry out further checks on a risk-based basis, and we requalify customers periodically. Export customers are verified against their national licences before first supply.
Falsified medicines
We source only from authorised UK supply-chain partners and maintain full traceability on every transaction. Suspected falsified, tampered or otherwise non-compliant product is quarantined, investigated and reported through the appropriate channels. Following the 2025 Windsor Framework arrangements, EU FMD safety-feature scanning and decommissioning are not generally applicable to medicines supplied on the UK market; our anti-falsification duties under the licence and GDP apply in full regardless.
Recalls, returns and complaints
We operate documented procedures for recalls, customer returns and complaints, including quarantine controls for returned or suspect stock. In a recall we can trace any batch to every customer who received it and act on the recall notice the day it lands.
Who we supply
We are a wholesale business. We supply authorised customers only: registered pharmacies, licensed wholesalers and other organisations lawfully entitled to receive medicines. We do not supply the public, and nothing on this website is an offer to supply medicines to the public.
