AIWAS Medical Ltd (company no. 15651243, registered office Unit 6, Parkhall Business Village, Parkhall Road, Stoke-on-Trent ST3 5XA) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This policy covers this website only; data we hold about trading accounts is governed by our terms of business.

What we collect and why

The only personal data this website collects is what you type into our forms: your name, role, business details, licence number, contact details and message. We use it to answer your enquiry, verify and open trade accounts, and keep a record of that correspondence. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) and, for account applications, steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to our business mailbox by our email delivery provider, which processes the message content solely to deliver it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for marketing you have not asked for.

What we do not collect

This website sets no advertising or analytics trackers and runs no profiling. The contact page embeds a Google map, which loads from Google when you view that page and is covered by Google's own privacy policy.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept as ordinary business records. Customer qualification records are retained for five years in line with our documented retention policy.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no continuing obligation to keep it. Write to info@aiwasmedical.com. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
